Late Photo Friday

Sorry this is late! Every Friday is Photo Friday. We will post just pictures from America! Today we are late because my (Rachel) mother came to visit on Friday.

お待たせしました！毎土曜日は「フォートフライデー」です！アメリカからの写真を書き込みます！今日はレチェルの母が土曜日に訪ねましたから、この写真が少し遅いです。

Watermelons are very cheap in America. They are bigger than my head and we pay less 335 yen for one. We have been eating a lot of watermelon.
スイカはアメリカにとても安いです。私の頭よりもっと大きいで料金が３３５円より少ないです。私たちは最近たくさんのスイカを食べました。

Brian having a Strawberry Daiquiri. It's a drink made with strawberries, ice, and rum. We had it at a Mexican restaurant in Aurora, which is not very far from where we live.

Me with my margarita. I think my face always looks goofy in pictures. A margarita is made with tequilla, ice, lime, and triple sec (tastes like orange.)

We like to play boardgames with our friends. This game is called Bootleggers and is very easy to play. Both of us lost!

私たちは友達とボードゲームを遊ぶことが好きです。ゲームの名前は「Bootleggers]で本当に遊びやすいです。二人ともが負けました。 (T^T)

This was on the bathroom door in the Chicago's Ogilvie Train station. It made me feel very happy

In Japan many shirts have English on them. In America, many things have kanji on them. This is a mousepad.

日本ではたくさんのTシャツが英語で書いてあります。アメリカではたくさんの品物が漢字で書いてあります。これがマウスパッドです。

Dip'n Dots. They're an ice cream but frozen into tiny balls. They're from Kentucky, like KFC and Rachel. Their headquarters is in my home town. I learned to drive a car in their parking lot.

ディッピンドッツとは小さなボールのアイスクリームです。レチェルとKFCみたいでケンタッキ州から来ました。本部が私の郷里にあります。私は本部の駐車場で運転することを勉強しました。
